Our activities
An hour long session on our custom built ranges taking part in one of five activities including Air Rifles, Air Pistols, Archery, Slingshots (catapults) and throwing , suitable for all ages and skill levels.
Full tuition given at the start by qualified instructors, with guidance and help available throughout your experience. All equipment you will need for your session will be provided, you just need to bring enthusiasm and a good pair of shoes!
*Please bear in mind that although we have small and light equipment for little hands, if any of the equipment proves too heavy, or is unable to be used safely, adjustments or restrictions may apply*
Additional Information
Air Pistol: We currently use the Browning Buck Mark. These pistols are easy to cock and load and feature an automatic safety switch for added peace of mind. We offer larger and smaller targets to match skill level as well as rests to steady your aim and support with the weight of the pistol.
Air Rifles: We offer a selection of break barrel air rifles in both junior and adult sizes. We also have telescopic sights, red dot and open/iron sights. As with our pistols rests are available to ensure you're as accurate as you can be. Our range offers static targets, a selection have knock down discs in the centre so you can brag to your loved one that you're more accurate than they are. As well as a couple of full knock down targets that can be reset with strings.
Archery: We have adult and Junior size bows. And will move our targets to match your evolving skill level. Our "Adult" bows have a pull weight of 18lbs and our "Junior" bows have a pull weight of 12lbs, allowing for even the smallest Robin Hoods to have a go!
Throwing: Although we call this activity Axe and Knife Throwing, we also offer Throwing Angels, Hatchets and Throwing Spikes (Forged by the resident blacksmith!). When you participate in this activity you have free range to choose which equipment you use, or we can advise you through from Angels and Axes (The easiest) to Knives and Spikes which are definitely the hardest... but certainly the most satisfying.
Slingshots: If nothing else brings out your inner mischievous kid then these certainly will! We offer clay shot as well as paintballs.
